Help with the product decisions that shape what a company becomes.

Lumova works with leaders on product and strategy questions that cut across functions. Engagements are shaped around the issue at stake, not a fixed consulting package.

01 · Product direction

Product direction

For moments when the company needs to decide where the product is going, what it is for, who it serves, and what should come next. Work may include product strategy, platform direction, segmentation, positioning, roadmap framing, and sequencing.

02 · AI strategy

AI strategy

For teams deciding how AI should change the product, not just where to add features. The work separates useful capability shifts from market noise, then clarifies where AI creates value, where it changes the operating model, and where risk or dependency requires caution.

03 · Market focus

Market focus

For companies facing a shift in customers, competitors, category expectations, or routes to market. The work helps leadership decide which signals matter, which customers should shape the next phase, and what the product response should be.

04 · Operating model

Operating model

For situations where the strategy is plausible but the organization is not set up to execute it. The work looks at how ownership is assigned, how choices move through the organization, where accountability breaks down, and what working rhythm is needed for the strategy to hold.

Fit

Lumova works selectively. The strongest engagements start with a real decision, credible stakes, and enough openness to examine the evidence before the frame hardens. The work is not built to reverse-justify decisions that have already been made.

Good fit usually means the leadership team is willing to name the tradeoffs, test inherited assumptions, and let the work influence the answer. If the desired output is only a deck that supports a predetermined direction, Lumova is unlikely to be useful.

Engagement formats

The work can take several forms depending on the question, the team, and the urgency.

Advisory sprints

Focused engagements around a specific product, market, AI, or operating-model question.

Leadership working sessions

Structured sessions to help a leadership team define the frame, test competing interpretations, and make tradeoffs explicit.

Ongoing executive counsel

Regular advisory support for leaders working through a product or strategy transition over time.
