Lumova works with leaders on what to build, where to focus, and how to execute.

Product direction

For teams deciding what to build, where to focus, or how to move from a promising idea to a product that actually lands.

Produces: a sharper product vision, the thesis underneath it, clearer customer and market focus, and an execution sequence leadership can commit to.

AI strategy

For leaders deciding whether AI materially changes the product, the operating model, the risk profile, or the value proposition.

Produces: a grounded view of where AI-native workflows, interactions, or processes are warranted, and where existing ones hold.

Market focus

For teams facing too many plausible markets, segments, or growth paths, and needing sharper focus around where the next phase should concentrate.

Produces: a tighter read on which customers, segments, and market signals should shape the next phase.

Operating model

For organizations whose strategy depends on clearer ownership, decision rhythm, or translation from executive direction into working execution.

Produces: clearer ownership, accountability, decision rhythm, and the organizational design needed to carry the strategy into execution, including how the structure should evolve as the strategy matures.

How the work becomes concrete

Lumova moves between strategy and artifact. Some questions need a sharper product thesis, or a sharper read on what the team is actually deciding. Some need a working model of the customer journey, the AI interaction, the operating rhythm, or the decision path. Some need a prototype, not as a demonstration but as a way to make the assumptions underneath the decision visible.

The form depends on the question. It may be a product concept, workflow model, service blueprint, AI interaction model, executive narrative, or prototype interface. The fidelity depends on what the leadership team needs to learn, test, align around, or decide.

Engagements

Engagements are typically four to twelve weeks, scoped around a specific decision or inflection point: a strategy reset, product direction call, operating model change, or AI bet. The work is hands-on with the leadership team and built to leave behind a clearer basis for acting and a path that can hold once the engagement ends. Lumova takes on a small number of engagements at a time.

Fit

Lumova is most useful when a leadership team is willing to examine the decision beneath the presenting problem, test inherited assumptions, and let the answer change.

Lumova is likely not a fit when the work is expected to justify a direction that has already been chosen.
