Thamer Abanami advises leadership teams on the calls that shape what comes next. He has spent over two decades building products across big tech and frontier technology startups.

At Microsoft, his work spanned consumer products, platforms, and enterprise systems, with experience across product incubation, strategy, execution, growth, governance, and user experience. His work has included platforms reaching hundreds of millions of users, the rearchitecture of Microsoft’s global data protection governance regime, and an International Design Excellence Award, Gold.

His startup experience includes a network anomaly detection company and, currently, a codebase intelligence platform where he is Chief Product Officer.

He is the author of Impact by Design, forthcoming from ORO Editions, which examines how products create impact by changing the systems around them.

Thamer’s bias is toward making strategy tangible. The work often moves from executive judgment to product direction, operating model, prototype, narrative, or decision artifact. The form is whatever makes the choice clear enough for the team to act on it.
